Refund & Return Policy

At Israeli Supermarket Online, we take pride in providing authentic Israeli and kosher products delivered directly to our customers. Due to the nature of the products we sell, many items are perishable, consumable, or temperature-sensitive and therefore are not eligible for return.

Returns

We do not accept returns on food products, beverages, refrigerated items, frozen products, produce, bakery items, personal care products, or other consumable goods.

All sales of perishable and consumable products are final.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, spoiled, or if you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

To assist us in resolving the issue, please provide:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the item and packaging

Claims submitted after 48 hours of delivery may not be eligible for replacement, refund, or store credit.

Refunds and Replacements

Upon review of your claim, we may, at our sole discretion:

  • Replace the affected item

  • Issue store credit

  • Provide a refund to the original payment method

Refunds are not guaranteed and are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund unless received damaged or incorrect:

  • Food and beverage products

  • Refrigerated and frozen items

  • Produce and bakery products

  • Seasonal and holiday merchandise

  • Clearance or sale items

  • Gift cards

  • Special-order items

Order Accuracy

Customers are responsible for reviewing their order carefully before checkout. We are unable to provide refunds or exchanges for products ordered in error by the customer.

Shipping Delays

While we work with trusted shipping carriers, we are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather events, incorrect shipping information provided by the customer, or circumstances outside our control. However, if a delay results in product damage or spoilage, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can review the situation.
